Beyond Exchange designed unskilled workers program, favorite for people who want to come to USA for work without any education or experience. English fluency is not required however it’s preferred. Under this program participant will be allowed to stay and work (non agricultural) jobs for up to 10 -36 months.

The H-2B classification is for foreign nationals coming to the United States to perform temporary services or labor for which there is not a sufficient pool of qualified United States workers. The employer’s need must be temporary (generally one year or less), recurring, and is traditionally tied to a season of the year. H-2B workers, by law, are only permitted to work for the certified employer who petitioned for their services. They are not permitted to work for any other employer during their stay in the United States. Beyond Exchange will file the labor certification with the Department of Labor and petition INS for all necessary visas for the Employer. Employer will be Beyond Management Inc.

BEUWP Selection Criteria:

• This program is for unskilled workers in hospitality industry
• High school diploma is required
• Beginners English language skills required
• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be committed to work in unskilled positions such as housekeeping, busing tables, maintenance etc.
• Visas are available from 10 months to 3 years.
