Beyond Exchange Advanced Programs

These are the management level programs: Under BEAP we offer the following:

Hotel Management, Construction Management, IT management (Programmer Analysts, Java Developers, Weblogic Admins, System Admins, Project Managers & more)

BEAP (Specialty Management)

Beyond Exchange Specialty Management Program is designed to hire foreign professionals for a specified period of time. This program is the primary method for bringing in professional level foreign employees to Beyond Management USA. This program allows professionals in specialty occupations to work in US for up to a total of six years. One of the things that makes this program so desirable is that, unlike many other visa programs, it is a "dual intent" visa. This means that a visa will not be denied simply because a person has intentions to become a permanent resident. The assumption is that if for some reason the permanent residency petition is denied, the person would still have the intention to return home.

Once you've advanced to the managerial rungs, the responsibilities grow broader and more challenging. Gain a solid foothold through participating in BEAP Specialty Management Program. Doing so will shorten your learning curve and allow you to keep on climbing. During the participation in this program applicant can also apply for permanent resident status (green card) with employer approved sponsorship.

Beyond Exchange Advanced Program participant’s family may also be permitted to live in the U.S. during the period that the BEAP participant’s visa is in effect, but can not be a paid employee while on an H4 visa.

Benefits of participating in Beyond Exchange Advanced Program

  • Six year visa: Generally, professionals will participate in BEAP for three years and may be extended for an additional three years for a maximum of six years. Of course if in the meanwhile, the professional can acquires permanent residency (Green Card)
  • Green Card: Perhaps the greatest advantage of participating in Beyond Exchange Advanced Program is that the professional may simultaneously seek permanent residency, or a "Green Card" for him/herself and for his/her family.
