We believe that development of skills, gaining practical tools, knowledge and experience in foreign countries is a major asset to a successful career. We are specialized in assisting highly educated, qualified, multilingual student and young professionals around the globe who wish to participate in Cultural Exchange/ Practical Training/ Internship Training Programs and/or full time employment to develop their skills, acquire knowledge and experience in USA. Beyond Exchange will arrange the job positions, housing, transportations and all paper work required to obtain visa.

Beyond Exchange Introductory Programs

This is an introductory program. Under this program, we offer the following

BEIP (Summer Work Travel):

Beyond Exchange offers the opportunity to work and travel in the U.S.A. during their summer holidays for up to four months to university-enrolled students who speak conversational English. Students are placed in temporary or seasonal positions within Beyond Management managed properties. Most of the positions available are unskilled, unqualified jobs in the retail sales, food service and tourism industries, Amusement parks, hotels, and resorts are but a few.

Beyond Management Inc and Beyond Exchange is not a J1 (Summer Work Travel) sponsor at this time. We will be the Host company and contact a J1 sponsor to arrange visa for interested applicants.

Hostess, Wait Staff, Kitchen, Landscaping, Housekeeping

This program allows International college and university students the opportunity of coming to the United States to work in the hospitality industry and gain a better understanding of the American culture. Participants are issued a special work/travel visa allowing them the opportunity to work in the U.S. for up to 4 months. They are then able to spend a month traveling before returning to their home country. Although students in this program are not limited to what positions they can hold, typically they prefer those listed above.

Beyond Management Inc and Beyond Exchange is not a J1 (Summer Work Travel) sponsor at this time. We will be the Host Company/Employer  and contact a J1 sponsor to arrange visa for interested applicants.

BEIP (Work Based Practical Trainee):

Beyond Exchange Practical Training Program (6-18 months) is designed for University Graduates, Undergraduates and young professionals to gain practical training in their field of study or career filed they have chosen.

Beyond Exchange’s Practical Training Program enables early career foreign students and professionals to enter the U.S. legally to receive practical, hands-on experience in American corporations and to earn the prevailing wage, plus benefits.

BE offers 12 to 18-month hands-on placements in BM group affiliated properties, such as front office, food and Beverage, Room Division, yield Management, Finance & accounting, Information Technology and much more.

BE believes that foreign and American workers can learn a lot from one another – through their individual backgrounds, the similarities and differences in client behaviors and issues, and the various treatment strategies implemented in the field.

Fields of training with Beyond Exchange include but not limited to:

The objective of this program is to apply theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom toward a professional field situation in which the trainee can link theory with reality and, later on, relate the experience to the courses taught. To provide Trainee with experience at various types of organizations related to their study or experience, in order to expose them to the different organizational cultures of hotels, hotel chains, and tourism, management, commerce and finance, business, and communication enterprises.

Front Desk, Reservations, Concierge, Food and Beverage, Recreation, Information Technology Services, Conference Services, Banquets, Golf Operations, Turf Maintenance

The purpose of the J training classification is for young professionals to come to the United States to receive training in their field of specialty through participation in a structured training program. A J-1 trainee is allowed to train for up to 18 months to gain proficiency in the hotel, resort and hospitality industry. At the end of the program, participants are given 30 days to travel before departing the country. This type of visa is available for 6, 12 and 18 months; most employers prefer the 12 and 18-month placement.

BEIP (Cultural Exchange):

To Gain knowledge and experience in an American company; improve English proficiency in a working environment, to learn different culture, traditions, attitude, philosophy, and make new friends Beyond Exchange designed this program for foreign students and young professional who wish to participate in international cultural exchange program for the sharing of their culture, attitude, customs, history heritage, philosophy, and tradition of their country of nationality. This program allow foreign students and young professionals to live / work in USA for up to 15 months after that they must go back to their home country. Please note: This program requires that participants share their Country’s values and traditions with American Public; work is not independent of cultural exchange. Primary focus remains the sharing of history and traditions of Applicant’s home Country.

Beyond Exchange Introductory Program Selection Criteria:

To apply for Beyond Exchange Introductory Programs, please complete our online application form , attach requested supporting documents and meet the following requirements:

  • You must be 18 to 30 years old by the time you submit you application with Beyond Exchange.
  • Must Have two years of experience or A University / College student at least (2) years of education already completed preferable
  • You must be able to speak fluent English and have good communication skills.
  • You must have every intention of returning to your home country at the completion of the program.
  • Two reference letters from your previous employer or from your teacher / professor. **Upload via online application form

  • Proof of enrolment in university or college if you are student.
  • Must have a valid health insurance policy
